Full payment must be received before the service date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customer cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour or transfer date may qualify for a partial refund, minus applicable admin fees.
Late cancellations (within 48 hours) or no-shows are non-refundable.
In the rare event that Stackers.co cancels, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
Some third-party bookings (e.g., accommodation, boat trips) may have their own cancellation policies.
Minor changes (like pick-up time or guest name) can usually be accommodated at no charge.
Major changes (like tour date or destination) are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
You participate in all tours and transfers at your own risk.
Stackers.co takes reasonable care to ensure your safety, but we are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising during your trip.
We recommend you obtain travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.
You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and travel documents.
Some tours may require a moderate level of physical fitness or special medical considerations. Please disclose any health conditions prior to booking.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a tour without refund if a guest behaves in a way that is abusive, dangerous, or disruptive to others.
